  1. All images created from original source material (slides, prints, negatives) which are in the possession (by donation) of the Arizona Railway Museum are Copyright by the Arizona Railway Museum.

  2. All images created from original source materials (slides, prints, negatives) which are NOT in the possession of the Arizona Railway Museum are Copyright by the respective owners of the original source material.  Specific use has been granted by the Copyright owner to the Arizona Railway Museum and has not been granted to any third party.

  3. All other images, clipart and graphics used on the Arizona Railway Museum website are sources from sites that freely encourage unrestricted use.

PLEASE NOTIFY THE ARIZONA RAILWAY MUSEUM WEBMASTER FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF ANY IMAGES/GRAPHICS YOU FEEL ARE BEING USED WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER.

Personal Use License

If you want a personal copy of the images to use in a school project or to stick on a wall in your home, then please feel free to print anything you want from the ARM site.

Non-Commercial Use License

Linking directly to an ARM web page is encouraged. 

If you desire to embed a digital image into you own website, then each image must have a hyperlinked credit to the Arizona Railway Museum.  Acceptable hyperlink text is:

image sourced from the <a href="http://www.azrymuseum.org/">Arizona Railway Museum</a>

Because some of the digital images are "licensed" by the Arizona Railway Museum, please contact the Arizona Railway Museum BEFORE using any of the images from the ARM website.

Commercial Use License

In all situations, use must be expressly granted by the Arizona Railway Museum for any images on the ARM website.  Usage fees may range from FREE and up, depending on the type and scope of the usage.
