"Wig-Wag" style grade crossing signal. Warning light suspended from above would move side to side to help draw attention from motorists. These units were difficult to maintain and were phased out and replaced in Chandler in the late 1980s.

History of #2562	Historical timeline of the engine from construction through donation to Chandler.

1956 Home video of #2562 (189Mb)	Shot on August 16, 1956 when the locomotive was delivered to Chandler. Scenes of the donation ceremony including city officials and construction of the first display track. This is a long movie, and a large file.
1969 Move to Armstrong Park	Newspaper articles covering the move to Armstrong Park.
1982 Eagle Scout Project	Jason Griffith gives #2562 some TLC and a new coat of paint.
2009 #2562 placed on National Register	After many long hours of research by Tom Klobas, locomotive and tender are recognized by National Register of Historical Places on July 17, 2009.
